Candy Cane Cocktail

Serves approx 4.
Ingredients
- 300ml Barefoot Pink Moscato
- 300ml Lemonade
- 1 tsp Peppermint essence
- Lemon slices
- Candy canes for decoration
Directions
- First, rim your glasses with crushed candy cane. To do this, wizz up a few candy canes in a food processor until you get chunky sugar consistency. Pour onto a plate and flatten out an area the side of the rim of your glass.
- Take your lemon slice and run it around the rim to generously coat it with lemon juice. Quickly tip the glass upside down into the crushed candy canes and twist until the candy cane sticks to the glass. Set the glasses aside to dry.
- In a jug, mix the Barefoot Pink Moscato, lemonade and peppermint essence together.
- Pour your cocktail into the prepared glasses and add an extra candy cane to each glass for decoration.
