With tennis fever well and truly upon us, Barefoot Wine & Bubbly has teamed up with the toe-rrific mixologists from London’s The Cocktail Trading Co. to serve up a berry delicious Courtside Cup Cocktail featuring the smooth and golden Barefoot Chardonnay.
To stir-up the classic combination of strawberries and cream, add in a dash of guava and bergamot, as well as a splash of Barefoot Chardonnay.
The Courtside Cup is the real champion this tennis season!
Ingredients
- 80ml Barefoot Chardonnay
- 25ml Guava Puree
- 15ml Bergamot Liqueur
- 1ml Absinthe
- Lemon juice to taste
Directions
- Combine well-chilled Barefoot Chardonnay with guava, bergamot, absinthe and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker
- Fine strain into a milk bottle
- Garnish with skewered strawberries
